1) Data we collect
  • Account & business info: name, email, phone, business name, address.
  • Booking & usage: classes, schedules, memberships, redemptions, attendance.
  • Payment: processed by Stripe. We store references (customer, product/price, subscription, invoice IDs) but not full card details.
  • Device & analytics: IP, device/browser, pages viewed, referral/UTM data.
  • Communications: emails or support messages you send to us.
2) How we use data
  • Provide and improve the platform (legitimate interests/contract).
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions (contract).
  • Send transactional emails and reminders (contract/legitimate interests).
  • Detect/prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests/legal obligation).
  • With consent, send product updates or marketing (consent; you can opt out).
3) Sharing & processors

We share data with vendors solely to operate the service, under contracts that protect your information:

  • Payment processing: Stripe.
  • Email & notifications: your configured email provider and/or our transactional email service.
  • Analytics & logging: tools that help us understand usage and reliability.
  • Studios/Vendors: when you interact with a studio on our platform, your booking/profile info is visible to that studio.
  • We do not sell personal data.
4) Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may retain certain records (e.g., invoices) for legal, tax, or audit requirements.

5) Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring). No method is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.
