International transfers
When data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Studios that require a DPA can contact us at support@dancefitnesspro.com. We offer a standard DPA covering processor obligations, sub-processors (including Stripe), and security measures.
Data subject requests (DSRs)
To exercise your rights, email support@dancefitnesspro.com with “DSR” in the subject. If you’re a client of a studio using Dance Fitness Pro, please contact that studio first; we will assist the studio as needed.
